Unlike Shadow,Pomme and Murasaki, she wasn't sent on Earth, she actually went down there herself.She like to mess with humans and manipulate them for her own pleasure 
Lys hang out a lot with Pomme, sometimes it's for fun,talking and such other times it's for planning some evil plans
